Due to the range in nature of the projects that we are involved in and the varied expectations of clients; the process is dictated by the scope of the project and the services required. Once these elements have been identified the following phases ensue: site investigation; brief inception and exploration; conceptual development; design development – technical investigation, material studies and regulations assessment; drawings and documentation compilation; construction management and finally hand-over.How long does the construction process take?
The varied nature of the projects, their accommodation schedules and individual requirements make it impossible to provide an estimation. The above mentioned process changes in accordance with the building ‘type’, size and specification. We obviously aim to provide a service that is professionally and timeously carried out.How involved will we be in the design process?
In all of our projects, we encourage client involvement in the conceptual development phases of the design. In order to achieve a product that satisfies the prescribed brief and expectations, our office employs direction and enthusiasm from our clients.
